Fifth mobility - France

The fifth mobility of the program took place in Jean-Jacques Rousseau school in the town of Voujeaucourt in the Montbéliard region of France, from May 13 to 17, 2024. This was the final meeting of the program, in which five schools from five countries are partners: France, Italy, Portugal, Romania, and Greece.

The program was unanimously completed successfully and with excellent results. On the first day, a warm welcome was given to all partners, followed by performances from the school's choir, dance group, and poetry recitations by students and a tour around the school premises. The presentation of the French educational system, emphasizing specialized interventions aimed at including students with special learning needs in the school program was very interesting, as well as the presentations of the most significant pedagogues from each of the participating countries. The day's program concluded with a tour of the city of Montbéliard, including a stroll through the picturesque alleys and a visit to its impressive castle.

In the morning of the second day, visiting teachers had the opportunity to observe classes with students with special learning needs and to learn about modern specialized teaching methods. In the afternoon, a cultural visit took place to the city of Belfort, where the educators visited the cathedral and the city's castle, featuring the famous sculpture "The Lion of Belfort" by sculptor Bartholdi.

The third day of the program was dedicated to a cultural visit to the city of Besançon, including a tour of the castle, fortifications, World War II museum, and the Museum of Fine Arts. In the evening, an official dinner was held with teachers from all the participating countries.

On the final day of the program, in addition to observing classes at the school, there was a presentation of the web radio program by the students in the school's library and a performance by the choir. The program concluded with the awarding of certificates and a farewell speech by the school principal. The atmosphere was filled with emotion as the partners bid farewell, hoping to collaborate again in the future within a new program.
